
I get it though. Water is a necessity. When I’m not drinking it, I find myself getting headaches or feeling sluggish throughout the day. Or, sometimes I’ll mistake hunger for thirst. Once I drink a big glass, the discomfort seems to disappear.
In an attempt to stop treating water intake like a fad diet, I’ve been finding ways to make it a permanent part of my lifestyle. One of my latest discoveries is adding fruit to my water. It’s no longer boring when you add in your favorite fruit and make it a delicious, almost cocktail-like beverage!
Today I’m sharing 5 fruit infusion ideas to jazz up your water. Make a large pitcher and store it in the fridge so you always have it on hand when thirst strikes! Be sure to change out the fruit every 2 days.
