Jicama Black Bean Salsa

- 1 jicama ( ounces), peeled and chopped into small chunks
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) black beans, drained
- 4 jalapeno peppers, seeds and ribs removed and finely chopped
- 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
- ¼ cup roughly chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 2 limes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
Serving size: ¼ cup
