Ingredients
  • 1 jicama ( ounces), peeled and chopped into small chunks
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) black beans, drained
  • 4 jalapeno peppers, seeds and ribs removed and finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
